PUPPY LOVE KENNEL

Mara, the newest member of our family!

Based in Southwestern Ontario, we are thrilled with the personality and disposition of our newest female cockapoo. Maragold has quickly settled in with our other three dogs. She will, in time, provide a second litter for our kennel. Mia had two wonderful little boys in March 2008 and they are now enjoying their new families. While we don't expect another litter from Mia until winter '09 I can provide anyone looking for a great quality cockapoo before then with a referral to another great breeder.

How it all began . . . .

After acquiring a wonderful pet cockapoo, Molly Shea (in the background above), that did not cause allergy problems, we promptly moved ahead with our dream of starting a kennel. Our research led us to a wonderful, experienced breeder who has become our mentor. From her we have acquired three breeding quality Cockapoos with outstanding pedigrees - Cara Mia, a buff/white 10 lb female who is "too cute" in looks and personality,  Terra Nova Toby, a black/white parti weighing in at 20 lbs. and who is a happy, gentle male, and now Maragold.

We are enjoying every minute with this trio of wonderful Cockapoos and can't wait to share our "puppy love" with you!

About Cockapoos

The parents of our first generation Cockapoos are AKC registered - one parent a Cocker Spaniel and the other parent a Poodle. This combination, when selected by a knowledgeable breeder,  gives the best of both breeds - non-shedding,  hypoallergenic* coat, intelligent, easy to train, loves people of all ages and is very adaptable.

Second and subsequent generations of Cockapoos are produced from the breeding the best Cockapoos of the same generation to each other
